The Inner Circle (TIC) is a non-profit 501C-4 organization located in Nevada that brings together state and local agencies to support the Clark County and interconnecting areas of the county.
In 2002, Charles Baker had one goal in mind, to put together a dream team organization, to empower the community. Since its beginning, TIC has grown to serve the community tremendously through an array of opportunities.
TIC supports the community with, a nationally-accredited childcare program, comprehensive programs for adolescent mothers and their babies, family literacy (including adult education), family counseling, health needs (on-site Health Department), crisis intervention, and social services (on-site Department of Social Services); and more recently, TIC serves as a transition center for displaced workers through the Job Connect program. TIC’s main focus is leading the community in improving a healthy & productive lifestyle & empowering inner city youth to become leaders.
